Little girl i helped

Some years ago, I had a friend tell me that her god daughter was diagnosed with Lukemia at age 3. She was so upset. I was extremely worried myself. I remembered her and her mom and dad being very open minded about Reiki and my ability to remove pain. They allowed me to help them both. I asked my friend if there was anything I could do, suggesting she ask the nurses at her god daughters hospital if they did Reiki. She looked into it and 1 nurse did and agreed to help this little girl with Reiki. I felt like I needed to do more. To give this little girl, in such a dangerous life threatening illness, something more than my thoughts of healing her through my mind and her own. I gave her god mother 2 gifts for her. Hoping she would accept them with my best wishes. I gave her a special stuffed animal I thought her god daughter might love. Hoping that my good healthy energy would be in it and it would heal her in a more real way! I also gave her a gift I received from a woman I met at Omega Institute. She gave me a ceramic angel music box, because she said I deserved it. That I was like her angel for protecting and defending her against this man she was afraid of in a class we both attended. Both of these things were gifts from others, but I knew neither woman would care that I gave them to someone would needed them more than myself. I knew they would agree and want to help this child of only 3 years to get well again! My friend, Cathy, told me later that her god daughter loved them both! I found out a few years later, at the age of 6, that her god daughter was cancer free. She is healthy and happy today and I know we are all very greatful for her continued health! This is the stuffed cat I gave her. She told me in my mind if she got to pick a gift she would like a kitten. I thought my cat would be a healthy alternative until she got home again for good. The cat was so soft and cuddly! I am so happy she loved it!
